Other drugs that operate by the same mechanism include tadalafil (Cialis) and vardenafil (Levitra). Consider a starting dose of 25 mg in patients treated with strong CYP3A4 inhibitors (e.g., ketoconazole, itraconazole, or saquinavir) or erythromycin.
